DESCRIPTION

Athon MQ 835 Resin is a silicone resin dispersed in polydimethylsiloxane fluid, formulated for high release efficiency.

CHARACTERISTICS

•Good heat stability
•Leaves no residue on metal molds
•Good wetting and spreading in molds
•Less need to clean molded parts before finishing

APPLICATIONS

Athon MQ 835 Resin is usually diluted with solvent (1 part product to 10 parts solvent) prior to brushing or by spraying onto the mold. Suitable solvents: aliphatic, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Also used in product formulations for HomeCare and AutoCare, providing shine and fixation by film formation.
